The lovely Xiaomeng Huang from Viva London spent a sunny afternoon chatting with us about walking in some of the biggest shows and her movie star dreams.

I was scouted: I entered a competition in China and started modelling from that.

Favourite place in the world: I love L.A, Australia and New Zealand.

Favourite London hang out: I’ve only been here a month so I’m still exploring but I like London – just not the weather!

Dream destination: The Aegean Sea, I just want to see it.

Last thing I bought: A ring and necklace from Tiffany & Co.

Fear: Snakes!

Favourite food: My mother’s cooking.

Favourite movie: Gone with the Wind.

Favourite music: I like country and light music, like Adele.

Dream job: When I was a kid I wanted to be a police woman but now I would like to be a big movie actress.

Shows I’ve walked: Louis Vuitton, Moschino Cheap & Chic, Temperley, Thomas Tait, Hussein Chalayan, Marc Jacobs…

Myself in three words: Strong, sentimental and kind-hearted.

If I could have one wish: To travel around the world with my family.
